“池社”为薛冰先生在上海西岸创办的艺术空间。 名称源自张培力、耿建翌、王强、宋陵等艺术家在1986年创办的艺术团体“池社”，旨在提供一个艺术交流互动的平台，空间创办人薛冰先生也借此向艺术家致敬。 Pond Society is an art space founded by Xue Bing at the West Bund district, Shanghai. The name of Pond Society derives from an art group founded by artists Zhang Pei li, Geng Jianyi, Wang Qiang and Song Ling in 1986. The space aims to provide a platform for artistic exchange and interaction. Mr. Xue Bing, founder of the space, also hopes to pay tribute to the art group and artists correspondingly.
