As a landmark art destination on the southeast coast, the Art Xiamen International Fair has always been committed to "building Xiamen's art ecosystem and creating an 'Oriental Basel'." Over the past decade, it has promoted the upgrading of Xiamen's art education, deepened cross-strait cultural exchanges, and boosted the prosperity of the art market in the Haixi region. By bringing together high-quality galleries and institutions from around the world, the Fair has established a dual-track platform for "trading and exchange," fostering a comprehensive art ecosystem. Furthermore, through academic curation and thematic forums, the Fair fosters in-depth dialogue between local and international audiences, art and the city, and achieves the coordinated development of social aesthetic education and the art market.

Ten years of experience have established an industry benchmark: with a cumulative exhibition area of ​​110,000 square meters and 450,000 visitors, the Fair has attracted nearly 300 art institutions and 3,000 artists from 15 countries, and a transaction volume exceeding 80 million yuan per session, consistently ranking first in Fujian and among the top nationwide, becoming a cultural landmark of Xiamen.

From October 23-26, 2025, the Fair will open its 10th edition, themed "A Promise of Mountains and Seas," in Hall A1 of the Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center. This year's fair brings together nearly 100 leading institutions from 32 cities across 10 countries—including Beijing Abstract, Tang Contemporary Art, Whitestone Gallery, Beijing Commune, and Soka Art—to present nearly 10,000 masterpieces of modern and contemporary art, encompassing diverse media including painting, sculpture, installation, video, and art jewelry. Public art exhibitions and special projects will be presented simultaneously. Works by masters and emerging figures such as Yayoi Kusama, Wu Guanzhong, Zhou Chunya, Luo Zhongli, and Ding Yi will be showcased, along with several influential forums exploring the "symbiosis of cities and art." This immersive art feast will celebrate a brilliant new chapter in a decade of artistic endeavors.
