Auction introduction: On the occasion of celebrating five decades in Asia, Sotheby’s Hong Kong Modern Day Auction will present exceptional works of art by figurative and abstract masters of the 20th century whose artistic lens shaped the way we appreciate nature, landscape, and the world around us. Anchoring the sale will be series of abstract paintings by Chinese abstract masters Zao Wou-Ki and Chu Teh-Chun, showcasing the enchanting world of abstraction through the eyes of these masters.
