Auction introduction: As part of our 20th/21st Century Art auction series, the Impressionist and Modern Art Day Sale will take place on 10 October. The auction offers a curated selection of works featuring paintings and sculptures by the leading artists of the 20th century. Highlights include Marc Chagall’s Le coq au peintre and Alsener Landschaft, an early and rare work by Karl Schmidt-Rottluff.
