Christie’s Paris invites you to the latest edition of the Joaillerie Paris sale, a celebration of excellence and unparalleled craftsmanship in the art of fine jewellery. This season highlights exceptional stories and treasures that reveal a legacy of rare distinction.
Among the remarkable pieces, a collection of creations by Jean Vendome, a pioneer of contemporary jewellery design, stands out for its bold creativity and use of unique gemstones. His work, a bridge between art and jewellery, redefines traditional codes, elevating jewellery to the realm of fine art.
The sale will also feature an ensemble of jewels from a prominent collector of the French Riviera. These creations, signed by prestigious houses such as Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier and Boucheron, evoke the timeless glamour of the Côte d’Azur and reflect an era when elegance was a way of life.
Additionally, the jewels of H.R.H. Princess Maria Pia de Savoie, daughter of the last King of Italy, will bring a regal aura to the sale. Rich in history, these pieces embody the refinement of a life shaped by nobility and the splendour of Europe’s great royal courts. The exhibition’s scenography, envisioned by watercolourist and illustrator Tatiana de Nicolay, will create a poetic and modern showcase for these extraordinary treasures.
We look forward to welcoming you to discover this unique selection, where each jewel tells a story and embodies a heritage of exceptional beauty.
